- Your personal data are processed for the purpose of concluding and executing the agreement. The basis for processing your data is conclusion and execution of the agreement (Art. 6.1.b) of the GDPR)
- The recipient of data may be entities providing services for the benefit of the Data Controller (accounting, IT and law firms), business partners and public authorities in cases stipulated by legal provisions.
- Provision of your personal data is necessary to conclude and to execute the agreement. Refusal to provide such data will make the conclusion and execution of the agreement impossible.
- Personal data will be stored for a period of 10 years from the date of expiry/ termination of the agreement.
- Your personal data are not transferred outside of the European Economic Area or to international organisations.
- The Data Controller does not make decisions which would be based on automated processing of your personal data, including profiling.
- You have a right to request the Data Controller to offer access to the personal data, and receive a copy of your data, rectify, remove or restrict the processing, transfer data, as well as the right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority.
